Academy School District Twenty parents may use MealpayPlus online prepayment system to pay for student lunches. The web link is https://www.mealpayplus.com. The Parent Hot Line phone number is 1-877-237-0946. MealpayPlus features: The ability to view account balances online Parents can set up email notification for low balances A convenience fee of 4.75% per transaction Visa and Mastercard are accepted for online payments For payments by phone please call 1-800-495-6944 Parents apply payment using the student's Academy School District Twenty ID number. There is no minimum or maximum deposit. Once your online account has been established, it is available for you to use 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

All Academy School District Twenty schools participate in the Online Payment system except for Rampart, Pine Creek and Aspen Valley High Schools.

Credit Card Security
Highest level of security...128 bit encryption with SSL/ secure socket layer. MealpayPlus has been certified by VISA for its CISP/Cardholder Information Security program. This certification is VISA's highest security protocol.

Student Accounts
Parents must input the correct Academy School District Student ID number when setting up an online account in order for payments to be applied to the proper account. Student IDs can be obtained from the student's school. Parents may add money to more than one account during the same transaction. Please call Sodexo Food Service at 1-719-234-1460 to transfer funds from one sibling account to another or to request a refund.

When is the Payment Applied?
Payments made before midnight EST will be available for your child to use to purchase meals the following day. Occasionally, external factors may affect this process and could delay when the funds are received by the school. The "Balance as of Date" displayed in the Manage Accounts section of web site indicates the date MealpayPlus received an update from the school district.
